3 Party Dresses Under $70

The party season is well and truly upon us now.

And it’s only going to get busier.

If your social calendar is filling up faster than you can say “meet me under the mistletoe” then chances are you’re also needing to fill your wardrobe with party dresses to match.

I recently shared my top tips for looking stylish this party season without breaking the bank, and to take it one step further, I thought I’d show you a few examples that are festively fabulous as well as budget friendly. In fact, these 3 party dresses all cost less than $70.

3 Party Dresses Under $70

Look #1: The T-Shirt Maxi
This simple yet stylish maxi dress features a round neck t-shirt top, waist tie and crossover skirt. It’s comfy as well as stretchy, which means you don’t have to say no to that extra canapé – win! This frock could easily be worn for day with minimal accessories and a pair of sandals or even canvas sneakers. For night, I’ve dressed it up with a statement necklace and some dancefloor friendly heels to party the night away.

Look #2: The Green Bombshell Dress
Who said it wasn’t easy being green?! This dress is equally as stunning as it is comfortable. I love the way the neckline twists in the middle and then drapes over the tummy (the perfect camouflage) and into the skirt. An easy wearing piece that requires little to no accessories and a simple nude heel to complete the look. This dress also comes in burnt orange, blush pink, teal blue and a beige floral print.

Look #3: Go Graphic (Print)
And finally – this fun and flirty number. Take a simple cocktail dress to the next level by opting for a bold and colourful print such as this. What I love about this frock is that it has adjustable straps, an invisible side zip and a waist tie, which I’ve worn as a (backwards) scarf. Again, this dress needs little accessorising and a nude heel to make it party ready.
