The little blue dress

I have a fashion confession.

Now that I’m working from home, I tend to spend most of my days in activewear. That is, the days where I don’t have any meetings. When I need to head out to meet people, my go-to outfit seems to be a dress and ankle boots.

Another fashion confession?

I haven’t worn much blue for a while.

But this winter, I seem to have fallen hard for the hue, rocking this super flattering wrap dress and another blue maxi dress I’ll share on the blog with you very soon.

Here’s how I’ve styled the Forcast ‘Zara’ Polkadot Wrap Dress when the sun has been shining…

Forcast ‘Zara’ Dress (size 10) $79.95 | Blush & Co Tassel Earrings (in White) $29 | FRANKiE4 ‘IZZY’ Boots (size 6) $299.95

Now, if it’s freezing where you are, this little get-up just won’t cut it.

So! Here’s another way to layer it up to add warmth and texture without adding bulk.

To amp up the cosy factor, you could also add a pair of navy or light grey opaque tights.
